<p>Fit Stuff 2012 Fundraiser!!</p>
<p>Men&#8217;s health week is about men&#8217;s wellness. Health is a product of the way we interact with the world around us. We are using this event as a fantastic way of promoting the cause of men&#8217;s health in our area.</p>

<p>Ginger &#38; Cinnamon Tea!!</p>
<p>Ingredients (serves 4)</p>
<p>1          4cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced</p>
<p>2          2 cinnamon sticks</p>
<p>3          2 tablespoons honey</p>
<p>Method</p>

Place ginger, cinnamon and 4 cups cold water in a saucepan over high heat. Cover. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes for flavours to develop.
Strain mixture into a heatproof jug. Add honey. Stir to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes or until slightly cooled. Serve.
