Ginger & Cinnamon Tea!!
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 4cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, sliced
2 2 cinnamon sticks
3 2 tablespoons honey
Method
Place ginger, cinnamon and 4 cups cold water in a saucepan over high heat. Cover. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes for flavours to develop. Strain mixture into a heatproof jug. Add honey. Stir to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes or until slightly cooled. Serve.
